After receiving incredible support from the Seattle fan base all through the Seahawks’ Super Bowl XLVIII run, Earl Thomas is taking some time to give back to the 12th Man.
This week, ETIII visited Sellen Construction, the largest locally owned construction firm in the Pacific Northwest, during the company’s annual meeting to share some of his renowned “free safety advice.”
The 12s at Sellen welcomed Earl with a “Sea-hawks” chant as he entered the auditorium at Town Hall on First Hill. No. 29 spoke with CEO Bob McCleskey and shared with the employees a behind-the-scenes look at his team’s road to winning the NFL championship.
A theme of ET’s talk was teamwork and how it leads to success and safety, both on the football field and in any traditional workplace.
Afterward, Earl met with and signed autographs for the more than 300 employees in attendance.
Sellen tweeted the next day that its employees were still buzzing about Earl’s visit, and several employees also took to Twitter to thank ET for his visit.
Thanks to @Earl_Thomas and @THSEA for an incredible meeting yesterday. Everyone at Sellen can't stop talking about it!
