Earl Thomas III said he was back at full health before camp, and then he showed it, prompting his Legion of Boom brother Richard Sherman to bow down and pay tribute in Area 29.

During a mock game at the Seattle Seahawks training camp in Renton, Wash., vintage ET showed up and showed off his explosion after breaking his tibia late last season. No. 29 made an incredible diving interception of Seattle quarterback Trevone Boykin—and Sherm liked what he saw out of his free safety.

“It’s awesome. It’s awesome. It means we’re back, complete,” Sherman said. “He’s obviously a huge part of what we’re doing and what we want to do. We knew he’d be back. We know his personality, we know his work ethic. We had no question he’d be back in time. And we’re happy to see that we were right.”
